Overview

Following our conversation, this proposal sets out a discovery engagement to clean up and standardize how Fractional CISO runs on HubSpot, and to produce a documented plan your team can review and build from.

Fractional CISO is an established B2B consulting business that has run its sales and marketing on HubSpot for several years. The CRM has grown organically as the team added to it over time, and it now carries the weight of that history, with duplicated fields, old workflows, and processes that vary from person to person.

The objective is to turn HubSpot back into a clean, standardized, well-documented system. One the whole team uses the same way, that produces reporting and attribution you can trust, and that stays simple as the business grows.

The discovery audit

A structured audit of how Fractional CISO runs on HubSpot today, turned into something you can hold, hand to a developer, or build from. It includes:

Investment

We work on a retainer. You deposit a prepaid balance, we draw it down only as we work, and any unused balance is always yours, refunded or rolled forward, never lost. Every hour appears on a report in your client portal, and if a phase is going to run long, you hear it first.
